Owin’s Friends Donation Refund Policy

We appreciate your generous donation and your support of our mission. Our budget and ongoing financial health rely on accepting irrevocable, non-refundable donations from the public. Therefore, we consider all donations to be nonrefundable, unless stated otherwise in a specific agreement. 

Limited Circumstances for Refund Consideration:

While we strive to make all donations irrevocable, we may consider returning donations in the following limited circumstances:

• Donation Made in Error:

If you inadvertently made a duplicate donation, entered an incorrect amount, or selected the wrong organization, please contact us at [Contact Information] within 90 days of the donation. 

• Unfulfilled Donor Intent:

If we are unable to fulfill the specific purpose for which a donation was intended, as outlined in a written agreement, we will consider a refund or, with the donor's consent, redirect the donation to a similar purpose. 

• Unintentional Donation:

If a donation was made unknowingly, for example, if a donation was made with a stolen or lost card, please contact us at info@owinsfriends.org  within 90 days of the donation.
